Lino lord workshops
Location: Cornwall/Oxfordshire/shropshire
Workshop type: On Site
Mark Lord aka Lino Lord, is a professional photographer whose 25-year career behind the camera led to a passion for capturing the essence of the natural world, his heritage growing up on the Cornish coast and the people that look after their small corner of the world. In 2019 he set up a studio space at home & started carving a few lino blocks.
Mark has since started spreading his love of lino printing by teaching others how to develop their skills & get creative. Mark enjoys sharing the skills he has developed over the last 6 years with his students in his Cornish studio, from drafting the design, carving the lino & printing the final artwork. Mark finds that inspiring others to start their journey with printmaking is particularly a rewarding part of his own printmaking journey.
His workshops are aimed at the beginner or those that wish to hone their skills or have questions to ask about their own practice. Workshops typically run from 10-4 and all equipment and materials are supplied
Scarlett Rebecca Workshops
Location: North Wales
Workshop type: On Site & Online
About Me:
I am a working class artist, educator and collaborative printmaker based in North Wales. My work is a reflective and introspective approach to making, a meditation on themes of evolution, the afterlife and associated folklore. My artistic practice is deeply rooted in the practice of drawing, always returning to pattern and figurative studies; the drawing is then taken through lithography and relief print processes.
I teach online and in-person, I have worked with Pallant House Gallery, Draw Brighton, Access Art, Brighton University and Arts Council Wales. I have exhibited internationally and taken part in artist residencies in the U.K and Ireland.
In April 2025 my first book ‘Alternative Lithography’, an accessible guide to lithographic printmaking, was published by Crowood Press
Teaching:
I provide 1:1 teaching, and small group workshops in my print studio in North Wales. My specialism is alternative lithography and stone lithography but I am also experienced in relief and intaglio processes.
My Patreon is designed as a learning resource, demystifying the wonderful world of printmaking. You get access to a library of tutorial videos designed to be accessible so you can print at home, but with transferable skills that you can take to a printmaking workshop. You will get access to a huge range of resources in relief print, intaglio print and planographic print including linocut & etched linocut, kitchen lithography & mokulito, drypoint & collagraph and much much more.
I love sharing insights into my own artistic practice; on Patreon I share longer, in-depth insights into my printmaking studio and my process that you won’t see anywhere else.

Bristol Print Collective Workshops
Location: Bristol
Workshop type: On Site
Bristol Print Collective was founded in 2016 by artists Jemma Gunning, Victoria Willmott, and Lisa Davies, who share a passion for connecting people through the process of printmaking. The collective aims to make printmaking accessible, experimental, and collaborative, offering opportunities for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced artists — to explore creative techniques in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Based at Centrespace Studios in Bristol, where Jemma and Victoria share a studio, the pair teach and practice their own printmaking, creating work for exhibitions and commissions alongside leading workshops. Their sessions celebrate the joy of making by hand, encouraging participants to explore a wide range of printmaking processes such as monoprinting, linocut, drypoint, and collagraph.
In addition to one-day workshops, the collective runs block courses lasting between 5–10 weeks, giving people the time and space to polish and refine their printmaking skills, develop personal projects, and build confidence in the studio.
Workshops are taught across Bristol and beyond, in galleries, schools, and festivals, with a focus on community, creativity, and process. Each session is designed to inspire participants to experiment, connect, and discover the expressive potential of printmaking.

Alexandra Buckle Workshops
Location: Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire, UK
Workshop type: On site
Alexandra is a professional printmaker living in Oxfordshire in the UK. Inspiration for her work comes from countryside walks and the changes in weather and season upon the landscape. These scenic discoveries are transformed into colourful, impressionistic linocuts. Alexandra is a member of the Oxford Art Society, and her linocuts have been displayed at the Royal Academy, the Bankside Gallery and Mall Galleries in London.
Alexandra has been teaching reduction linocut to all levels of ability since 2013, in private workshops at home and larger workshops at other venues in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. A reduction linocut is a multi-layered print which is created by repeated cutting and printing from the same block of lino. Her tuition is suitable for beginners or improvers. All the equipment and materials are provided in Alexandra’s workshops, though you are asked to bring along an image or design that inspires you. There is normally time to print 4 or 5 colours on a small work in a single day, or on a larger piece over two days.
Alexandra also shares helpful techniques, tips, resources and demonstration videos for linocut printmakers on her Patreon page. Some of the content is available by signing up for free and the more in-depth articles and videos require a small monthly contribution.
